  • Payments must be completed at checkout (in-store or online if offered).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy (see below).

  • Clearance and liquidation items may be final sale unless defective.

🔄Refunds & Returns Policy

At Almost Free, we pride ourselves on offering unbeatable discounts. Because of the nature of liquidation and closeout sales, most purchases are final sale. However, we do allow limited returns for electronics under specific conditions.

1. Electronics Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for electronics that are defective or not functioning as intended.

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • The product must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

2. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved electronics returns may be refunded to the original method of payment, or issued as store credit at the customer’s choice.

  • Store credit:

    • Valid for use on any future purchase in-store

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash

3. Non-Returnable Items

All other products (including clothing, groceries, personal care, household goods, and clearance items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Exchanges

For electronics, if the same model is in stock, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.
